So which are the foods that help lose belly fat? You know that’s quite stupid question to ask, to be honest. There is nothing, which will help you to lose weight, if you just eat it…There are some foods which have more calories and fats, than others and that’s it. You got a big stomach (I’m guessing), because you’ve eaten a lot of high-calorie foods on regular basis and in big quantities, right? You know that’s true. First of all, what you need to do is to forget about burgers and fries for a while. That is what’s stopping you from getting slimmer.

Certainly, there are no foods that help lose belly fat, but foods which make you GAIN fat, and that’s what you shouldn’t eat, obviously.
