Best Exercise To Lose Belly Fat Is Bullcrap?

Guys and girls, let me tell you something straight. The best exercise to lose belly fat DOES exist. However, if you are thinking that just by doing squats or sit ups your belly will “magically” disappear, than I’m sorry, but you are very wrong. You’ve got tons of fat in your belly, and if you want to get rid of that, then a single workout will not be enough.

However, doing a single working routine is not the worst thing that can happen to you. I mean, just think about it. Some smart people understand that those commercials on TV are complete BS, but others go ahead and buy crappy gadgets and “super-effective” weight loss pills. Guess what’s their result at the end? You got it right – nothing!

Unfortunately, while you work out the best exercise to lose belly fat, not all your body parts are engaging. For example, when you do crunches, your abs are working, but your biceps are not working, right?

So you might be thinking, “I don’t care about my arms, I wanna lose my belly fat”, but the problem is you have to drop your OVERALL body fat to get in shape – at least in the beginning – otherwise you are wasting your time. Your stomach can’t just disappear, leaving you with fat legs and arms, if you know what I mean.

So at least for now, forget about the best exercise to lose belly fat, or the manual that exactly shows that called Awesome Abs, but create a proper working out routine, containing various exercises for all your body parts.

I know that it might be difficult for you to do all this, especially that you also need to have a good diet plan, because working out on its own won’t do much. That’s the exact reason why I would recommend you to check out a guide called The Truth About Abs. If you want to lose belly fat fast and easy, then this manual is for you.
